Due to the dynamic development of SoftwareHut, we are looking for a talented online sales channel specialist. Head of Online Growth will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for inbound sales (seo, sem, remarketing, content marketing, landing pages, etc.) in foreign markets (through online channels). This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail and management skills.

Job description :

Creation and supervision of sales channel based on inbound marketing
A result-oriented approach; gaining new business opportunities for account managers and sales partners
Online marketing channels management; defining, testing and delivering new strategies
Cooperation with Sales Support Department, based on Outbound marketing
Supporting sales team by providing leads acquired from online marketing
Cost-benefit analysis of expected actions and effects obtained
Team management – setting goals, priorities and tasks, motivating subordinate employees
Business-oriented brand and services promotion

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in online marketing or strategy department
  • Practical knowledge of using online marketing tools (content marketing, marketing automation, newsletter, landing pages, AdWords, SEO)
  • English proficiency at (at least) B2 level
  • Understanding of the modern B2B sales process, online marketing
  • Experience in the gaining web traffic, preferably in SAAS projects, Web portals, IT companies
  • The ability of analytical thinking, creativity
  • Consistency, self-reliance and patience
  • Focus on business development
