Until the end of 2017, in Warsaw alone, more than 350 thousand square meters of new office space will be available. Currently, a trend for reorganizing office space, due to cost optimizing and organizational issues is noticeable. Companies decide to change their office more often. This is related not only to financial expenses of changing the office, but also with adapting workers to a new office space. Workers, business partners and guests often waste time trying to find particular rooms or people. The Polish application for office management is supposed to solve these problems. 

– Zonifero is a mobile app, which originally was intended for our own usage. It is designed for managing the office, boarding new employees and informing remote workers, which enter the company premises, about the location of conference rooms, kitchens, HR and administration departments – explains Robert Strzelecki, Vice-president of the TenderHut Capital Group, in an interview with Newseria Innowacje.

According to the report elaborated by Colliers International  „Poland. Market Insights. Annual report 2017” in 2016, approximately 900 thousand square meters of office space was created.  It is a 60% growth, compared to the average from 2011-2015. By the end of 2017, there will be another 900 thousand square meters of office space available. This may indicate, that more and more companies will be willing to change their office location.

We gathered everything in one spot. We can book a conference room, notify a colleague, that we want to contact him, view a co-worker location, when we want to talk to him directly. Within the app, a large number of notifications is available, including informing the administration department about the working conditions in our office, requesting catering for business meetings etc. – says Robert Strzelecki.

According to the research by Dimension Data, titled „Digital Workplace Report: Transforming Your Business”, where 800 IT specialists from large companies in 15 countries were surveyed, 40% of companies hire full time remote employees and 56% will do so within the next two years. 25% of the examined representatives think, that within the coming year, workplace analytics will become a major factor in company performance.

– The app has also several functionalities, which are only available to the office manager, related with office usage statistics. The manager can receive information about frequency of using conference rooms, attendance at particular meetings. Based on that information, he can estimate, how many conference rooms are required in his company, how many notifications about equipment malfunction were issued etc. – explains Robert Strzelecki

Currently, approximately 1,5 million square meters of modern office space is being built, where 46% concern Warsaw alone. Until the end of 2017, in the capital of Poland, 352 thousand square meters of new office space will be created. According to specialists from Colliers International, a trend for reorganizing office space, regarding cost effectiveness and organizational issues, is more and more noticeable within companies. Therefore changing office premises is more frequent and solutions which organize the office space are needed.

– We receive interest concerning Zonifero from different sectors, from public administration, training centers and business industries as well. The application has capacity to manage both small and large companies, regardless of the number of buildings, floors or locations – assures Robert Strzelecki.
