About

The days when all the projects were assigned to an in-house team of developers or fully outsourced are long gone. With a growing demand for flexible and innovative solutions, an extended team model is a tempting alternative.

The extended team model consists of in-house developers supported by a remote team. They cooperate closely in the processes of the development of various projects and solutions.

Our client wanted us to join their team and support them in an extended team model.

The challenge

The biggest challenge was to meet the expectations of our clients and provide them with effective and satisfying cooperation. Our task was to seamlessly fit into their team and become part of it.

Establishing ongoing cooperation with our client, we have taken part in a variety of different projects, such as web and app development, some Shopify projects, Android and iOS mobile projects, UI/UX design.

We had to come up with different solutions and specify the requirement, unique for each project.
