As SoftwareHut, we work with clients representing a variety of industries. We are currently looking for an experienced, business-oriented and capable of managing multiple streams PM to join a project in the financial industry collaborative with one of Polish largest companies.
Your duties
- Managing the work of extended project teams.
- Cooperating with and actively supporting the client in the creation of strategies, development and selection of the best, tailor-made solutions for the business.
- Decision-making and optimisation activities.
- Planning, organising and moderating meetings.
- Prioritising tasks and reporting on work progress.
You fit, if you meet these requirements
- Min. 5 years' experience as a PM in the IT industry.
- Commercial experience in projects with multiple streams.
- Very good knowledge of classic and agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of tools supporting teamwork.
- High level of communication, ability to organise own work and cooperate in a team.
- Ability to manage problems and resolve conflicts.
- Very good command of English (at least B2).
