SoftwareHut is looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a project for our client. You will work on innovative solutions in the supply chain and automation domain, contributing to digital twins and large-scale simulations that help businesses make smarter, data-driven decisions. The role is open to remote or office work and offers collaboration in an international, agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade Python applications.
- Build and improve models, simulations, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product owners.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices.
- Optimise performance of systems and models for speed and scale.
You fit in, if you meet these requirements
- Strong Python development skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Good knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL) and backend frameworks (FastAPI).
- Familiarity with Celery or asynchronous/background processing tools.
- Experience with scientific computing libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, oraz SciPy in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in English.
